Course Duration: 6 Terms

This course involves selection, preparation, production and presentation of food & beverage as per professional standards

Module I: Designed to equip trainee with knowledge, skills and attitude for one to plan and produce food and beverage to the required professional standards in a catering establishment.

Course work: Continuous Assessment Tests

Industrial Attachment 165 hours for each module. The trainee will be supervised during industrial attachment
Project Work: An extended piece of practical work and an opportunity for students to develop their own ideas. Supervised experience of writing a technical report
